Cooperation

Our cooperation framework includes 5 main steps:

1^st Step: Collecting and analyzing requirements. This means not only reviewing the desired functionality of the product, but also gaining some insights into the end-users needs and expectations and client’s ideas for further development.

2^nd Step: Developing Vision, this includes timings, technologies, people and an engagement model. On this step we sign an agreement and move on to development or testing.

3^rd Step: Prototype Design (if needed).

4^th Step: Project execution in accordance with the pre-negotiated schedule.

5^th Step: Support of the solution.

We pay attention to transparency and predictability of each step. Usually it takes between 1-2 weeks from the first contact to the start of development and/or testing activities.
