Vadim Sharko, CEO Mr. Sharko has over 15 years experience in software development and management of software outsourcing companies. In his role as CEO, he is the warrantor of the company operations efficiency. Since Softheme’s inception, Mr. Sharko has established stable relations with European and North American software companies and has been decisive in signing a number of software outsourcing contracts. Prior to founding Softheme, Mr. Sharko has gained experience of managing Ukrainian outsourcing software development centers with international capital. Mr. Sharko holds a degree in Computer Engineering from one of Kiev’s leading technical universities.

Irina Tsulaia, COO Ms. Tsulaia brings over 10 years experience in software outsourcing projects management and software development. As the COO of the company, she is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Softheme and guarantees the full capacity of internal company mechanisms. Prior to co-founding Softheme, Ms. Tsulaia was a Software Project Manager for an international company, provider of software outsourcing services. Ms. Tsulaia holds a degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”, one of Ukraine’s leading technical education institutions.

Rustam Nurgudin, CTO Mr. Nurgudin has over 12 years experience in the IT area as a Software Developer, Software Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager. As the CTO of Softheme, he is responsible for leading the company’s technical direction and expanding the firm’s software development skill set with the latest technologies. Prior to joining Softheme, Mr. Nurgudin worked as Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader and Project Manager in numerous Ukrainian software development companies. Mr. Nurgudin holds Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”, one of Ukraine’s leading technical education institutions.

Olga Sabokar, Web Unit Manager Ms. Sabokar has been working in software outsourcing since 1999. She started her career as a third year student from a position of junior web developer and by 2003 became a senior web developer. She joined Softheme as Java Developer and a Project Manager soon after the company’s foundation in 2006 and has played a major role in building Softheme’s web unit. As a Web Unit Manager and VP of Operations Ms. Sabokar is responsible for the overall management of web projects within the company and takes an active part in recruiting new technical talent.

Marat Nurgudin, QA Unit Manager Marat Nurgudin’s progress up the career ladder helped him learn all aspects of software testing and QA. He started as a Manual Web Tester and then worked as QA Automation and QA Project Manager. Successful managerial experience along with confident knowledge of QA strategies and approaches allowed Mr. Nurgudin to head Softheme’s Independent Testing Department in June, 2011. As a QA Unit Manager Mr. Nurgudin manages and expands his team, explores and implements new testing tools, organizes the necessary training so that his team’s skill set always meets the ever-increasing demands of our clients. Another important focus area for Marat is Softheme’s QA Courses that provide free QA training for promising young technicians.
